Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped separately. This means you might receive your products in multiple packages.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


📦 Shipping Options

At checkout, you can choose from available shipping methods, including free shipping, which may involve shipping from an international supplier.


⏳ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–9 business days after processing

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@myjetrest.store and include your order number.


⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, unexpected events may cause delays, such as:

  • Public or national holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes in air or ground transport

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we will offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
